CURLING STONE SANDING EQUIPMENT

CURLING STONE RECONDITIONING
	No break-in period! Guaranteed precision running edge so all stones are consistent and keen from the start. Test our workmanship by sending us 2 of your stones. We`ll recondition 2 for free – you pay freight only.

STRIKING BAND REPAIRS
	Reprotruding is the process of re-exposing the striking band on stones that have worn flat. Continued use of stones with flat striking bands can cause irreparable damage.
	Reconditioning is the process of removing granite and polishing back the area to leave a narrower total band (1 ½”).

TILESET / AILSET CURLING STONES
	A layer is sliced from the bottom of each stone and a disc of Porcelain Tile or Blue Hone granite is epoxy-glued in place. The stone is then reconditioned and guaranteed against pitting and fracturing. This is recommended for clubs with curling stones that are prone to pitting.

TILESERT / AILSERT CURLING STONES
	A 6 ½ inch diameter area is cut out of one side of the stone and a disc of Porcelain Tile or Blue Hone granite is inserted. Granite epoxy adhesive secures the disc in place.
Junior curling stones
	“Real Rock” composite junior stones are speckled Brown Trevor appearance, available with or without Porcelain Tile or Blue Hone granite running surface. Size is similar to adult stones, weight is 25 lbs.
