Since 1969, we have designed and developed new and innovative products.
We have been issued nine patents with two more pending. We have designed and manufactured 14 other products for curling rinks for which a patent has not been applied.

In our current 11,000 square foot shops and storage spaces, we are the world's largest manufacturer and distributor of curling rink equipment and supplies, but we are not stopping here.
We are constantly designing and developing new products with ice technicians and curlers in mind.
Our unique method of manufacturing and reconditioning curling stones, allows us to guarantee there is no break-in period. This has been proven, when our newly reconditioned curling stones were used at three World Curling Championships, major competitions, and bonspiels.

Al Thompson

In 1969, Al Thompson developed a synthetic sock covered curling broom, which he patented and started producing in a small, 400 square foot shop. A complete line of curling supples and accessories was added to production within a year.

In 1983, the family-operated company expanded into the production of curling rink equipment. Starting with our first Rink-Master Power Ice Scraper and manufacturing a full line of curling stones and equipment.
